Compensation for Work Injury
Work Injury Compensation Claims
We will arrange an initial free consultation with you and assess what kind of work injury you have sustained. This could be back injury due to incorrect posture for people who sit for long periods of time, joint injuries for employees who are constantly performing the same task, and of course an accident in the work place. There are many more, and if you call us we can tell you if you qualify as having being injured at work. We will always be totally transparent and tell you from day one what to expect, what your prospects are, and any likely outcome.
If you have had an accident at work, or have sustained a work injury but not been involved in a work accident, it is import to remember that your employer is required by law to comply with all relevant health safety obligations. Your employer is required to provide its employees with a safe working environment and supply all suitable safety equipment. If this is not the case, you may have grounds to claim compensation. We understand that it is not an easy decision to contemplate taking action against your employer. Some of our clients have said “We don’t really want to do that to them, they have looked after me over the years”. Please bear in mind however that your employer is obliged to have Employer Liability insurance for situations just like this so “You are not doing it to them” you are in fact looking after your health, your finance’s, and your family by using the procedures your employer has put in place for this very situation.
Call Peter now and we will arrange an initial free consultation. This can take place in our office (and we will even supply the tea and biscuits!), or we will come and visit you at home or, in the event that you have had to be hospitalized, we will come and visit you there. Call 0845 838 5565.
